JACK'S            GOAL

Jacks love of food was the inspiration behind this recipe book. He loved to cook almost as much as he loved to eat! His best days at school were spent making chocolate bread and lunchtime could never come quickly enough! When asked what his favourite vegetables were he always answered "chicken and yorkshire puds". 

 

My friends were very supportive in helping put this book together. They have collected recipes tirelessly, helping to give it such a diverse collection of dishes. The art work and photography have been arranged by Nicky Johnson- Jack's favourite teacher. Without her I doubt this project would ever have got off the ground. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Morgan Howell at The Teds Agency for his input in enabling us to produce this book to such a high standard.
